Peanut Butter Medicated Mug Cake

Stars and stripes. Jay and Bey. Bread and butter. Wine and Wednesdays. Marijuana and mug cakes. I mean it just makes sense, stoners are lazy, and mug cakes are easy…it’s basically a match made in heaven. Oh and besides the fact that this mug cake is super quick, easy and delicious, it is also a PEANUT BUTTER mug cake!?! Which is clutch if you are anything like me, a ‘peanut butter freak’ (truly its a problem…if you haven’t already noticed the flavor trend >_<) . I’m guessing you most likely are, considering you are on a weed blog, and I’m almost totally convinced all stoners love peanut butter. Anyway, peanut butter=major plus and roughly only a 5 minute prep+cook time depending on how baked you already are…so I’m just gonna go ahead and say 8 minutes SST(that’s Standard Stoner Time). And the clock starts NOW!
*oh yeah, and follow the V for the vegan option



4 tbsp all purpose flour

4 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp  baking powder

1 egg                                              * V – 1 flax egg  (combine 1 tbsp flax meal and 3 tbsp                                                                      water, mix and let sit in the fridge for 1 minute)

3 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice, hell you could even make it extra zoppy and use Infused Peanut Butter, we’ve even got a recipe Right Here!)

3 tbsp milk                                    * V – 3 tbsp coconut milk  (or any preferred nut milk)

3 tbsp Infused Coconut Oil

Toppings of choice.



In a large mug combine:

4 tbsp flour


4 tbsp sugar


1/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg * V – or flax egg


3 tbsp milk * V – or coconut milk

3 tbsp peanut butter or Infused Peanut Butter


3 tbsp Infused Coconut Oil

Mix all ingredients with a fork until smooth.

Then pop the mug into the microwave for about 2 minutes.

Let cool, or semi-cool….we know you can’t wait.


Then add toppings of choice; we chose some dank ice cream and crumbled cookies.

Then mutha fuggin dig in.
